The location was convenient close to public transport and the atmosphere was family. The breakfast was healthy and superb with vegetarian option with good food. The staff was very helpful and excellent in all services.

Exceptionally nice location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed.

Limited evening dining options!!! Shared bathroom arrangements could lead to discomfort!!! Occasional noise issues were noticeable!!! The small kitchen facilities are not family-friendly!!! Long distance to central Birmingham might be inconvenient for some travelers!!!

We explored the guest lounge with games and had a great time at local attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts. Totally recommend trying their scrambled eggs! Plus, they accommodated our late check-in, super helpful.

The only downside was some noise from outside, a bit harder to sleep at times.

A Hidden Gem with Really good Hospitality

Katherine and Terry treated us like family with their warm demeanor. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day at Cadbury World. The safe parking was a nice bonus. Don't miss their local tips for exploring Birmingham!

The garden was utterly enchanting, perfect for a sunny afternoon with its manicured lawns and lovely patio terrace. The warm, cute décor throughout reminded me of a gentle hug.

More seating options in the lounge would be nice.

The bed was super comfy, and it was so warm! Breakfast was a treat with loads to choose from. Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster for my work calls, but overall, it was a great vibe.

The family room provided ample space for my mum and my toddler. The breakfast stood out, as it was prepared just as I requested, showcasing the kitchen's attentiveness to guests' needs.

Catherine and Terry were cute hosts and made my stay feel special with their excellent hospitality and good breakfast options, all while being just a short walk from the serene Sheldon Country Park and only a few minutes from local eateries, perfect for a weekend wanderer like me.

Comfy beds, a lovely garden with a table tennis setup, and secure parking. The personal touch with a gift for our son's birthday was heartwarming.

I loved the delicious breakfast options, especially the freshly cooked items that set me up for the day. The ambiance felt very homely, and the room wassuper clean and cozy, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Just a minor note, the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement.
